Ungayifaka kanjani i-EV Charger?


Ifaka iIshaja ye-EVkungaba inqubo eyinkimbinkimbi futhi kufanele yenziwe umuntu osebenza ngogesi onelayisensi noma inkampani echwepheshile yokufaka ishaja ye-EV. Nokho, nazi izinyathelo ezivamile ezihilelekile ekufakeni ishaja ye-EV, ake sithathe Ishaja ye-Weeyu EV njengesibonelo (Uchungechunge lwe-M3W):

1 Khetha indawo efanele: Indawo yeshaja ye-EV kufanele ilungele umsebenzisi futhi isondele kuphaneli kagesi. Kufanele futhi ivikelwe ezintweni futhi ibekwe kude nezingozi ezingaba khona njengemithombo yamanzi.

Usayizi wekhebula lamandla onconywayo: 3x4mm2 & 3x6mm2 wesigaba se-mono, 5x4mm2 & 5x6mm2 izigaba ezintathu njengokulandelayo:

3 Faka izintambo: Osebenza ngogesi uzofaka izintambo ezifanele ukusuka kuphaneli kagesi ukuya endaweni yeshaja ye-EV. Bazophinde bafake i-circuit breaker neswishi yokunqamula.

Setha kabusha itheminali ikhava ngemuva kokufaka izintambo ikhebula lamandla okokufaka.

Qaphela: uma udinga i Ethernet ukuze xhuma i-CMS, ungadlula intambo yenethiwekhi nge-RJ-45 ikhandar ngekhebuli yokufaka isikhombimsebenzisi bese uyixhume ku-interface yenethiwekhi.

   

4Faka ishaja ye-EV: Ishaja ye-EV izodinga ukugxunyekwa odongeni noma esisekelweni endaweni evikelekile. Kulungiswe i-wallboxNjengoba kuboniswe ku-Fig. 5-6, lenga ibhokisi lodonga odongeni izesekeli ezilengayo, bese ulungisaukukhiya izikulufu ohlangothini lwesobunxele nakwesokudla ukuze uqedele ukufakwa.

5 Hlola uhlelo:Ngemuva kokuthi ukufakwa sekuqediwe, osebenza ngogesi uzohlola isistimu ukuze aqinisekise ukuthi isebenza kahle futhi iphephile ukusetshenziswa.

Kubalulekile ukulandela yonke imihlahlandlela yokuphepha namakhodi wokwakha lapho ufaka ishaja ye-EV ukuze uqinisekise ukusebenza kahle nokuphepha.
